Badger Hills Wellness offers trauma-aware support for people carrying stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, or long-held tension in the body. Sessions help the nervous system settle so the body can release what it no longer needs to hold
How This Work Helps
When a person experiences overwhelming stress or trauma, the psyche can split as a way of protecting itself. Parts of our awareness may become stuck in the past where the original experience occurred. This is sometimes referred to as fragmentation.
The intention of this work is to help reawaken and reintegrate the parts of ourselves that became frozen or disconnected during those difficult experiences.
Sound and gentle movement can help shift stagnant energy held in the body. These approaches support the nervous system and encourage the natural movement of energy through muscles, tissues, and the body’s subtle systems.
Although we cannot change the past, we can change our relationship to it. With support, past experiences can become a source of strength, growth, and greater self-understanding
